Mushroom's rice


Today, I cooked mushroom's rice.
This dish is very easy to cook.
Just use the rice cooker.
I'll write this recipe, next time.

I think that it is very difficult to explain Japanese food in English.
I can't translate well even by the name of the dish....

But,I like cooking.
So, I'll keep try !

Hi Miki,
Looks delicious,too. I like scorched part of boiled rice. Seasoned steamed rice with vegetables and meat is very seasonable food!

"Okoge" is translated in English , saying that "scorched part of boiled rice".
I feel very fresh!
