Autumn's dinner

It's rainy day, today.
I didn't want to go out.

I used autumn food to cook today's dinner.
I like to cook !

Today's menu are rice cooked with saury ,
and stewed meat&potato.
I felt very tasty.
























I made the rice ball from remaining saury rice
for tomorrow's lunch.

In the nature

I was back from Nagano, just now.
I live in Tokyo, but originally, I'm from Nagano.
I love Nagano.

I think almost people like Nagano.
Because, Nagano still has a rich natural environment.

I went to gathering mushrooms with my family, yesterday.
I like to go on a hike.The nature help me relaxed and refreshed.
It give me lots of power !

Today,I went to pick up prunes with my family , nephew and nieces.
The farm has peach tree,prune tree and apple tree.
We can pick up the prune at the season today.



















I pick an prune from a tree,then I eat it soon.
It's very delicious and very fresh!!

I come back to Nagano for the foreseeable future.
Thanks my family !!

Holiday

Today is holiday. "Respect-for-the-Aged-day".

But,I'm going to business trip to China from tomorrow,
I was obliged to go to the office work.
I like to work, but , I don't like work too hard...

Tomorrow, I'll visit Changchun.

Changchun is northeast of China.

I visitChangchun first time.
According to my colleague,Changchun is already chilly.

I don't know what should I wear tomorrow...

Beauty salon

I went to beauty salon , today.
My hair grew, I felt unsophisticated.
So,I got a haircut.
Now, I feel very nice.

I like to go to beauty salon.
I go to the beauty salon once every three(or two) months.

When I go to beauty salon next time,
autumn has gone, that time is already winter.
